January 12, 17 and the 19th:
This week for social networking(including last week), we covered a pre-test, and all the material on it. During the three
classes we spent quite a bit of time discussing the history of social networking. Please click here to reference or reflect back on the material.
January 24 and 26:
- There will be no quiz this week. It will be offered next week, instead.
- Topics include: Chapter 2 of your text book. Also the FB timeline and how to build one.

- February 28: Reviewed our in class assignment on Linkedin. Students met and gathered to discuss their upcoming presentations.
April 10:
- Instagram buy out. Download and sync app. Research the company. Find four facts about instagram. Type them up in a
list. Come prepared to discuss it.
April 17:
- April 17:Groupon.com --discussed history, foundation and competition. Set up account.
- April 19: Find five social networking sites. Write a paragraph describing them. Do not use any current social media
sites that we learned in our class.
